Welcome to Food Truck Beacon, operated by Lunch Fire ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each account may be used on one device at a time. Contact us at if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

• For customers: Browse a live map of food trucks near you. Free, no subscription required.
• For truck owners: Broadcast your live GPS location via the Beacon feature. Requires an active subscription.

4. Subscriptions

• Beacon broadcasting requires a monthly subscription at $19.99/month.
• Billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Beacon and Location Broadcasting

• Your GPS location will be broadcast to customers within a 25-mile radius when your beacon is active.
• Your beacon auto-stops if you move more than 100 feet from your starting position.
• You are responsible for ensuring your location information is accurate.
• You will not broadcast a false or misleading location.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, broadcast false locations, attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer the App, or submit offensive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Accuracy of Information

We display truck locations based on GPS data from truck owners. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or trucks that move after broadcasting.

8. Account Deletion

Delete your account anytime from within the App. This permanently removes all your data. Cancel your subscription separately before deleting to avoid future charges.

9. Intellectual Property

The Lunch Fire name, Food Truck Beacon name, logo, and App are owned by Lunch Fire. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to display it within the App.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability at all times or that truck locations will always be accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunch Fire LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
